Senior Associate, R&D; Business Analysis Team
What you will do
In this role,



you will be an experienced individual contributor within the R&D; Business Analysis Team, supporting business decision-making through financial, operational, and analytical insights. You will work across a range of R&D; and enterprise initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to analyze data, develop insights, and support planning and execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform financial, operational, and business analyses to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
- Develop and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards
- Support development of business cases, scenarios, and performance tracking
- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights clearly
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across R&D; and enterprise functions
- Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data and analyses
