RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality,
reliability, and performance of software applications through a combination of
manual and automated testing. The role is responsible for developing test
strategies, designing automation frameworks, executing test cases, and
collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
releases. The successful candidate will drive testing best practices, improve
automation coverage, and support continuous delivery initiatives.

This position offers an excellent prospect to work in a collaborative Agile
environment while gaining exposure to modern test automation frameworks, CI/CD
pipelines, and enterprise software development.

Responsibilities

* Analyze business requirements, system specifications, and technical
documentation to develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test
cases.
* Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend
testing.
* Create and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium,




Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
* Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration,
interface, and end-to-end testing.
* Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure
DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
* Collaborate with Development, Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure
complete test coverage and software quality.
* Analyze test results, log and track defects, validate bug fixes, and perform
regression testing.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
* Continuously improve test automation frameworks, testing processes, and
overall QA practices.
* Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices across the
team.
* Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, testing processes,
and delivery timelines.
