Role & Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for client hiring pipelines across multiple industries and seniority levels.
Conduct initial phone/video screenings, assess cultural fit, and evaluate technical/functional competencies using structured evaluation criteria.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles—posting jobs, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline metrics in ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring SLAs and quality benchmarks are met.




Build strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand role-specific needs, market salary trends, and hiring timelines.
Stay updated on emerging recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, referral networks) and continuously optimize sourcing strategies for efficiency and quality.
