We are looking for an experienced State Operations & Maintenance Manager to oversee multiple solar plant operations. In this role, you will drive performance, ensure safety, and lead a team dedicated to powering communities with renewable energy. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of a carbon-neutral world.
What You'll Do
Oversee operations and maintenance across multiple solar plants within the state, ensuring safety and statutory compliance with company policies and procedures.
Deliver performance KPIs for all plants by monitoring output, availability, and efficiency metrics.
Manage vendor relationships, including invoice processing, payment recommendations, and contract compliance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely communication and service excellence.
Lead site administration, local liaison activities,
and implementation of robust safety management systems.
Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to approved financial targets.
Manage inventory and ensure timely compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and contractual obligations.
What You Bring
Minimum 10 years of experience in solar power plant operations and maintenance.
Proven track record of managing multiple sites simultaneously with strong leadership capabilities.
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA or CMMS platforms for asset and maintenance management.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Asset Management frameworks.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
Creative and creative thinking with sound decision-making skills under pressure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across vendors, customers, and internal teams.
