Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement overall revenue management strategies across properties.
Analyse market trends, demand patterns, seasonality and competitor performance.
Develop dynamic pricing strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and revenue.
Monitor and optimise daily pricing and inventory across properties.




Manage and maintain rate parity across all OTA and direct booking channels.
Monitor competitor pricing and take timely pricing actions based on market movements.
Lead and manage the OTA team and ensure effective day-to-day execution.
Develop and improve the OTA team’s performance, skills and processes.
Monitor OTA performance, visibility, conversion and revenue contribution.
Optimise OTA listings, promotions, availability, restrictions and inventory.
Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall profitability.
Prepare and monitor revenue forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
Analyse booking pace, pickup, cancellations and future demand to drive pricing decisions.
Develop strategies for peak periods, low-demand periods, weekends, events and seasonal demand.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations teams to align revenue strategies.
Set KPIs and performance targets for the Revenue & OTA team.
