Role Description

Role: Mid-Level Java Engineer Job Description – Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer / Technical Lead to join our team and work closely with US-based clients on healthcare technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience, cloud exposure, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support scalable backend applications and APIs.
Work directly with US clients to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and support delivery activities.
Develop and maintain healthcare interoperability solutions using HAPI FHIR.
Build and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and production support activities.
Ensure adherence to security, coding, and operational best practices. Required Skills




Robust experience in Java development
Hands-on experience with AWS services
Experience with HAPI FHIR / FHIR-based integrations
Strong knowledge of Linux environments
Experience with Python
Strong understanding of Databricks/PostgreSQL
Good communication skills with the ability to work directly with US clients
Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion Good to Have
Experience in US Healthcare domain
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and APIs
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models
Experience supporting production applications and cloud modernization initiatives Preferred Experience
5+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience working in onsite-offshore collaboration models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
