As an Electrical Engineer for O&M; Site at ONGC Nandasan, you will be involved in leading the Operation and Maintenance team 24 x 7, providing 100% availability of machinery without process interruptions, your day will involve working on meaningful projects related to the operation and maintenance of reciprocating compressors at the designated site. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and reliable performance of electrical systems for these compressors, directly impacting the efficiency and safety of operations for both our team and our customers. You can expect to work in a collaborative team culture that values technical excellence, safety, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Conducting routine inspections and maintenance activities on electrical systems for reciprocating compressors, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Daily Progress Reports preparation and circulating within team, Job related Safety documentation required for Job.




Identification of hazards and risk involved in day-to-day activities and assessing control measures for a safe working setting.
Communication with Client, Contractors, Workmen regarding all activities done at site and preparing required documentation.
Compiling all guidelines and inspection required for work performed at site and maintaining records.
Responsible to ensure the availability of all compressor packages for operation.
Continues vigilant on Operation of Compressors and immediate action on Predictive and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Condition monitoring of equipment, maintaining records as per SE guidelines and Contractual requirements.
To operate and maintain various types, rating, model motors.
To carry out routine and periodical maintenance of all HP and LP motors.
To carry out routine maintenance of 11 KV, 6.6 KV, 440 V and 230 V volt MCC panels.
