Role Description The Legal Executive at LoanMukt™ will handle day-to-day legal operations, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to client engagements and financial arrangements. The role involves providing internal legal guidance, supporting compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and coordinating with external legal partners when required.



The Legal Executive will manage matters related to property law and conveyancing as needed, maintain accurate legal records, and assist in assessing legal risks in debt resolution strategies. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with the consulting and operations teams.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
Experience providing Legal Advice in a consultancy or corporate environment, with a focus on risk assessment and compliance.
Knowledge of Property Law and practical experience in Conveyancing, including property transactions and related documentation.
