Position Purpose

The Data Analyst, Vietnam Commercial Excellence is a GCC-based permanent Sandoz role dedicated to supporting Vietnam. The role executes high-quality dashboards, KPI reporting, CRM analytics, sales and customer analytics, incentive reporting support, segmentation and targeting analytics, territory analytics and data-quality management. The successful candidate will help Vietnam Commercial Excellence make faster, clearer and better-governed decisions while Vietnam retains business prioritization, interpretation and final decision ownership.

This role is ideal for a hands-on analytics qualified who combines strong Power BI, Excel and data stewardship skills with commercial understanding, stakeholder partnership and a practical mindset for continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Analytics, dashboarding and reporting
Develop, refresh and maintain Vietnam-only Power BI dashboards and recurring KPI reports across sales, CRM, customer, field force and business performance.




Prepare monthly and quarterly insight packs, variance analysis and action-oriented commentary for Vietnam Commercial Excellence review.
Maintain dashboard documentation, including logic, definitions, filters, refresh cadence, data sources, and known limitations.

Commercial analyses support

Provide reporting and analysis support for sales performance, customer segmentation, targeting, territory design, incentive tracking, and business planning cycles.
Support CRM / SCOUT analyses, including coverage, frequency, activity, coaching, consent, RTE, and digital engagement indicators – to guide improvement initiatives.
Prepare analysis outputs that are concise, traceable, and ready for business review.

Data stewardship and controls

Maintain data dictionaries, validation rules, issue logs, reconciliation checks, and version-controlled documentation.
