About The Role

The Cinnamon Kitchen is looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented S&OP; & Supply Chain Manager / Lead to own and strengthen our end-to-end sales and operations planning as we scale the business.
The role will be responsible for connecting demand, production, procurement, inventory and logistics to ensure high product availability while controlling wastage, inventory ageing and supply-chain costs.
This is a high-ownership role in a rapid-growing food business with a short shelf-life, multi-channel and manufacturing-led operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

S&OP; & Demand Planning
Own and lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process across Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement and Finance.
Build and maintain a single, reliable demand and supply plan.
Develop demand forecasts across D2C, Quick Commerce and Marketplaces.
Incorporate marketing campaigns, promotions,



new launches and seasonal demand into forecasts.
Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning processes.
Production & Capacity Planning
Convert demand forecasts into weekly and daily production plans.
Coordinate with the kitchen/manufacturing team to optimise production capacity and sequencing.
Identify capacity constraints and proactively plan for demand spikes and new launches.
Balance production requirements with inventory and shelf-life considerations.
Inventory & Shelf-Life Management
Maintain optimum inventory levels across raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
Minimise stock-outs while controlling excess inventory and wastage.
Closely monitor finished goods ageing, expiry and raw-material shelf life.
Establish inventory norms and replenishment parameters for key SKUs and materials.
Procurement & MRP Planning
Develop and manage MRP and material requirement plans based on demand and production forecasts.
