Services Support Associate I- Data Validation - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

We are looking for professionals with strong accounting skills, who are looking forward to making a career in the Finance field.

At Deloitte, we are embarking on a transformative Journey and facilitating data onboardings onto our core data platforms. We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Associate Analyst who has a basic understanding of data principles with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a agile project environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps.
Support data cleansing and enrichment activities under established guidelines.
Help validate source extracts against business requirements, data rules, and expected results.
Perform basic post-load validation to confirm data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined rules.
Document data quality issues, validation results, and resolution status for review.




Work with ETL developers and senior team members to implement data quality checks.
Support the investigation and root cause analysis of data defects and validation failures.
Collaborate with business, IT, and project teams to resolve data-related issues.
Follow established data quality standards and contribute ideas for process improvement.
