Role Description The Wellness Nurse at Prvnt plays a key role in delivering proactive, preventive care to clients. This is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting health assessments, reviewing diagnostic and wearable data, and monitoring clients’ progress against personalized care plans. The Wellness Nurse provides education and counseling on lifestyle changes, holistic therapies,
and adherence to recommended interventions. The role also involves collaborating closely with physicians and other clinical professionals, documenting care in appropriate systems, coordinating follow-up visits, and supporting a seamless client experience in line with Prvnt’s prevention-focused model.
Qualifications
Valid nursing qualification and registration (e.g., B.Sc Nursing or equivalent), with clinical experience in wellness, preventive care, primary care, or a related field.
Strong skills in health assessment, vital signs monitoring, and interpreting basic diagnostic and lab results to support preventive care plans.
Ability to educate and counsel clients on lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and adherence to holistic interventions.
Comfort working with digital health platforms, electronic medical records, and wearable or remote monitoring devices.
