The Role
Lead the Industrial Coatings division end-to-end — strategy, P&L;, and team — driving revenue growth and market share across manufacturing, automotive, construction equipment, and infrastructure sectors. Reports to the NSM.

Key Responsibilities
Own P&L; and drive exponential revenue growth for the Industries vertical
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of regional sales managers
Identify and win new business with key industrial accounts
Build long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users
Partner with R&D;, marketing, and technical teams to align products with market needs
Track competitors and stay ahead on pricing and positioni
