Through our proprietary operating platform, we help portfolio companies drive efficiency across sales, marketing, engineering, and finance functions, with the goal of building an IPO-worthy portfolio over time. Headquartered in the US with teams across Silicon Valley, India, and Ukraine, we work closely with our portfolio companies — including those in the HR technology and talent solutions space — to accelerate go-to-market execution and long-term value creation.
As part of this mission,



we are building out demand generation capability to support outbound growth for our HR tech and talent solutions portfolio, and are looking for a driven, early-career sales skilled to join us as a Demand Generation Associate.

About the Role
As a Demand Generation Associate, you will be at the front line of our growth engine — identifying, researching, and engaging prospective customers within the HR tech and talent solutions space. You'll own the top of the sales funnel: building targeted account lists, running multi-channel outbound campaigns, qualifying inbound interest, and handing off sales-ready opportunities to our Account Executive team.
This is a high-ownership, remote, target-driven role ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in HR tech sales, with structured coaching and a clear path to grow into a full-cycle sales role.
