As we scale rapidly across D2C, quick commerce, modern trade, retail and corporate gifting, we are looking for a strong Manufacturing & Supply Chain Lead to build a world-class, scalable and reliable supply chain.

The Role
The MFG & SCM Lead will own the end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain function across both brands — from demand planning and procurement to production, inventory, quality, warehousing and dispatch.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can build systems while simultaneously getting things done on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing & Production




Own end-to-end production planning and execution across the manufacturing facility.
Develop production plans based on demand, inventory and dispatch requirements.
Drive productivity, capacity utilisation, yields and manufacturing efficiency.
Establish SOPs and systems to ensure consistent product quality.
Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks.
Plan manpower, machinery and capacity requirements as the business scales.
2. Supply Chain Planning
Own the complete supply planning process from demand forecast to customer fulfilment.
Build robust S&OP; / demand planning processes.
Ensure the right product is available at the right location at the right time.
Develop systems for peak-season planning, especially during Diwali, weddings and other gifting periods.
Minimise stock-outs, excess inventory and ageing inventory.
3. Procurement
Own procurement of raw materials, packaging and other production inputs.
Develop and manage a robust vendor ecosystem.
