About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Executive (BDE) with mandatory experience in Revenue Cycle Management (Dental & Medical RCM) to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, prospecting healthcare providers, identifying business opportunities, and setting up appointments with potential clients for our Medical and Dental RCM services. Candidates with proven experience in acquiring and converting new RCM clients will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Set up qualified appointments and sales meetings for the senior sales/management team.
Generate qualified leads for Medical and Dental RCM services through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, online research, and other outbound channels.
Connect with key decision-makers such as practice owners,



physicians, dentists, administrators, and practice managers.
Understand prospects' RCM/billing challenges and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Research the market and identify new opportunities within the US healthcare RCM space.
Candidates who have successfully generated and closed new clients for Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, or Dental Billing services will be strongly preferred.
Experience managing the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and appointment setting to negotiation and client closure — will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in sales in Healthcare RCM is mandatory.
Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, business development, or inside sales within the healthcare RCM industry.
Solid understanding of the US healthcare RCM/medical billing enviro
