About the Role
Backdropsource is building a dedicated outbound motion targeting enterprise exhibitors — companies with heavy trade-show and event calendars — and event agencies. This is a named-account sales role, not a volume or lead-generation function. You will identify specific high-value target companies, reach the right decision-makers inside them, and build relationships that convert into business.
It's high-difficulty and high-reward:



landing even a handful of the right accounts moves the business meaningfully. The focus is quality, precision, and relationship-building — measured on accounts won, not on call volume.
The work involves cold outreach, including calling decision-makers who have never heard of us. On every call, you present as a consultative peer — never as a telecaller reading a script. You're judged on the quality of accounts you land, not on how many dials you make.

What You'll Do
Research and identify enterprise companies with heavy show/event calendars, and event agencies, as named target accounts
Find and secure contact with the actual decision-makers inside each account — not gatekeepers or generic inboxes
Lead first-touch outreach, including cold calls, that establishes immediate credibility — the first call sets the tone for the whole relationship
Carry the pitch confidently — free 2D mockup, best price without compromising quality, unlimited
