Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Botany Faculty role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.



The Botany Faculty will plan and deliver engaging NEET-focused Botany lessons, covering the full syllabus with clear conceptual explanation and exam-oriented strategies. Daily responsibilities include preparing lecture notes and presentations, creating practice questions and tests, analyzing student performance, and providing targeted doubt-clearing sessions. The role involves collaborating with other faculty members to align content with PrepMed’s teaching methodology, contributing to curriculum updates, and participating in academic discussions and training sessions. The faculty member is also expected to maintain a supportive classroom environment, adapt teaching approaches to diverse learning needs, and uphold high academic standards.

Qualifications

Strong subject knowledge in Botany and Biology, with a transparent understanding of NEET syllabus, exam pattern, and question trends.
