Introduction:
This a mid-level role within the Commercial Operations team is designed to build foundational skills in account management and sales support. The successful candidate will gain experience managing multiple sales activities while supporting Client Development Directors, enabling the sales team to focus on client engagement and business growth. In addition, this role will partner closely with Operations, Project Management,



and Finance throughout the sales process to ensure all required documentation, approvals, and supporting materials are accurate and complete.

Responsibilities:
Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and potential clients.
Prepare documents such as price quotes, terms of the sale, delivery dates and service obligations
Provide routine dependable back-up coverage for your respective sales rep.
Keep abreast of products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
Provide management with written and oral reports on client needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities and potential new products and services.
Submit periodic reports detailing activity and sales volume.
Continually monitor project progress and resolve problems as they arise.
