? What You'll Be Doing:
Create precise technical drawings using CAD software, based on in office measurements and project requirements.
Develop project-related designs that meet safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Collaborate across departments to ensure designs align with overall company objectives.
Prepare and present project drafts and proposals as needed.
Supervise construction works, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Support Project Managers both in design phases and during on-site execution.
Participate in projects as a design engineer and/or site supervision expert.
Conduct site assessments, analyze land/topography/soil data, and identify any environmental challenges.
Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations, codes, and obtain necessary permits.
Communicate promptly with management on any execution challenges or risks.
Oversee project execution from concept to handover — managing timelines, budgets,



and coordination between stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality, timely completion and documentation of all design deliverables.
Provide monthly progress reports and status updates.
Prepare accurate project budgets, schedules, and cost estimations.
Promote and enforce a culture of safety on-site, complying with all company safety regulations.
? What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in CAD design (AutoCAD or similar).
Strong background in civil or structural engineering.
Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with local building codes, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Effective communicator, both in technical and cross-functional settings.
