Receive, identify, and prepare cement samples according to laboratory procedures.
Prepare representative composite samples for physical and mechanical testing.
Perform physical testing in accordance with EN 196, ASTM, API, or other applicable standards
Ensure correct sample traceability and identification throughout the testing process.
Properly retain and store samples in accordance with laboratory requirements.
Operate laboratory equipment safely and correctly.
Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Carry out daily verification and performance checks.
Assist during equipment calibration activities and report equipment malfunctions immediately.
Record all analytical results accurately and legibly.
Complete laboratory worksheets, logbooks and electronic records.
Maintain full traceability of samples and test results.
Ensure compliance with document control requirements and identify and report non-conforming work.
Follow company Health, Safety and Environmental procedures

Required qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related technical discipline.
