Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and exit processes, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in coordination with relevant teams. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance,



and supporting performance management, training, and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will also address employee relations matters, support conflict resolution, and act as an accessible point of contact for team members across the organization. Collaboration with management on workforce planning, engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
