Role Description This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in South Delhi. The Inside Sales Executive will handle incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and digital channels. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable machinery solutions, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining the CRM or sales records,



coordinating with the operations and service teams for order fulfillment, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The Inside Sales Executive will also support lead-generation campaigns, participate in promotional activities, and provide feedback to improve sales processes.
Qualifications

Strong inside sales and sales closing skills, with the ability to manage a structured sales pipeline.
Experience in lead generation and prospecting through calls, emails, and online channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with industrial customers.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Basic understanding of industrial machinery or technical products is an advantage.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional team
