About The Role

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team in India. This is a hands-on role covering recruitment, HR operations, employee support and day-to-day office administration. The role will be based in Pune and will work closely with the APAC HR team and local business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Support end-to-end recruitment for India positions, including job posting, sourcing, interview coordination and offer administration.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background checks and onboarding.
Prepare employment letters and maintain employee records.
Coordinate new joiner induction and offboarding.

HR Operations

Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
Support monthly payroll preparation and coordinate with the payroll vendor.
Coordinate statutory HR matters including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other applicable requirements with relevant vendors/partners.
Support employee benefits,



insurance enrolment and claims administration.
Prepare HR reports and employee data when required.
Handle employee HR queries and escalate more complex matters to APAC HR.
Support implementation of company HR policies and processes in India.

Office & Administration

Manage day-to-day administration of the Pune office.
Coordinate with office, IT, insurance and other local vendors.
Support laptop/equipment issuance and asset records for employees.
Assist with travel, courier, documentation and other operational requirements.
Support local employee engagement activities and company events.
Handle other HR and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
2–4 years of HR operations/generalist experience in India.
Hands-on experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle administration.
Basic working knowledge of Indian employm
