Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Pune City. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and coordinating selection for various roles across the organization. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, managing recruitment pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment-related documentation and metrics, and collaborating with HR to ensure smooth onboarding of current team members. The Talent Acquisition Executive will help build strong talent pools, particularly for roles in real estate, hospitality, and supporting functions.
