About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and turning ideas into action?

Youphoria is looking for an ambitious and proactive individual to join our Founder’s Office and work closely with the leadership team to drive school partnerships and growth.

This is not a conventional internship. As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will get hands-on experience in institutional partnerships, strategic pitching, stakeholder management, market expansion, and startup execution while contributing directly to Youphoria’s mission of transforming student development.

Youphoria is a DPIIT-recognized and TISS-incubated EdTech startup working to transform student development beyond traditional academics.

Our programs use holistic, interactive, and gamified frameworks focusing on areas such as digital wisdom, self-concept, leadership, and personal boundaries.

We work with K-12 institutions to create meaningful developmental experiences for students.

What You Will Do

* Identify and map potential private and public K-12 schools, educational institutions, and residential communities across Varanasi.

* Initiate conversations and build relationships with school principals, directors, coordinators, and academic heads.

* Lead school presentations, program demos, and partnership discussions.

* Visit schools and institutions in Varanasi as required to support on-ground partnership development.

* Understand the needs and challenges of schools and identify opportunities for collaboration.
