What You’ll Be Working On
✨ Design and manage Oracle DRM / EDMCS hierarchies, node types, validations, and workflows supporting global FP&A; models.
? Build and optimize ETL/data integration pipelines connecting DRM with platforms such as Oracle Hyperion, AWS Redshift, and S3.
?️ Develop sophisticated validation rules and approval workflows to strengthen financial controls and support SOX compliance.
⚙️ Automate manual finance processes using Python, Groovy, PL/SQL, or Windows Batch scripting.
? Collaborate with global Finance stakeholders to translate organizational changes, restructures, and business requirements into scalable metadata solutions.
? Troubleshoot complex data issues, improve system performance, and provide critical support during monthly and quarterly financial close cycles.
? What We’re Looking For
✅ 5+ years of experience in Financial Master Data Management
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Oracle DRM
✅ Excellent SQL / PL-SQL skills
✅ Scripting experience in Python, Groovy, or Windows Batch
✅ Strong understanding of FP&A;, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, and consolidation hierarchies
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field

? Oracle DRM legacy/on-premise migration experience
? AWS Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda
? Oracle Hyperion Essbase / Planning or IBM TM1
? Experience working with Finance stakeholders and creating technical documentation for non-technical teams
