About the role:
Chiller Service Manager responsible for providing post-sales support, guiding teams, and ensuring timely resolution of chiller-related issues. Managing customer interaction and meeting the plan on Revenue and Margins.



Identifying and Planning for technical / safety trainings for Carrier as well as Dealer / sub con team
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for driving the NPS for the customer segment handled
On time SA renewal with plan price increase
Adoption and usage of the SFDC functionalities
Monitoring field hours for optimum productivity
Identifying and Planning for technical / safety trainings for Carrier as well as Dealer / sub con team
Keeping Safety as prime objective
Meeting the plan on Revenue and Margins
Ensure the overdue are minimized (less than 15% of AR)
AR management as per Plan
Digital initiatives to be adopted and implemented within the team.
