We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and high-energy Product Analyst Intern who enjoys understanding users, solving problems, and making products better. You’ll work closely with the product and engineering team across product quality, analytics, AI, and user experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll do

1. Own product experience quality: Deeply evaluate new features and product changes before and after release, identify edge cases and inconsistencies, and ensure the experience works as intended across different user scenarios.
2. Analyze AI product usage: Dive into AI logs, user interactions, and usage patterns to identify issues, patterns, and opportunities.
3. Shape the in-product experience: Craft and refine messaging, prompts, tooltips, and other user-facing experiences.
4. Contribute to product strategy: Participate in product ideation, feature discovery, and discussions around positioning and differentiation.
5. Support product launches: Create release notes and help craft communication around new features and product launches.
6. Support customer-facing teams: Help customer-facing teams with product insights, feature understanding, and relevant customer queries.

Good to have -
- Experience with any BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.
- Basic understanding of data, statistics and working knowledge of excel/spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as pendo, mixpanel, amplitude.
