The ideal candidate will have robust analytical skills, a deep understanding of reward strategies, and the ability to collaborate across HR and business teams. Key Responsibilities:

· Compensation Management: Assist in designing and implementing competitive compensation structures, including salary benchmarking, pay scales, and incentive programs.

· Benefits Administration: Support the development and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

· Job Evaluation & Benchmarking: Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking, and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness in the market.

· Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze compensation and benefits data,



providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

· Annual Compensation Review: Assist in the execution of salary reviews, performance-based pay, and bonus plans in line with company policies.

· Reward Policies & Compliance: Ensure reward policies and processes comply with local labor laws and regulations.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners, finance, and senior leadership to drive reward strategies that support business goals.

· HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR databases, generate reports, and manage compensation tools to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

· Employee Communication: Support communication of rewards programs and policies to employees, enhancing transparency and understanding.
