Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Developer with a strong background in Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, and experience with Azure OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, and various databases to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying advanced AI solutions, with a focus on leveraging Generative AI techniques to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· AI/ML Development: Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance business processes.

· Generative AI Solutions: Utilize Generative AI techniques (e.g., GANs, VAEs) to create innovative applications and improve existing systems.

· Python Programming: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python, using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and others.

· Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze large datasets to extract insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making.

· Azure OpenAI and LLMs: Develop and deploy AI solutions using Azure OpenAI services and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance capabilities and performance.

· Cloud Platforms: Utilize cloud platforms like Azure and AWS for deploying and managing AI/ML solutions.

· Database Management: Work with various databases, including SQL, MongoDB, NoSQL, and vector databases, to store, manage, and retrieve data efficiently.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams,



including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI solutions.

· Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, cloud technologies, and database management, and apply them to enhance existing solutions and develop new ones.

· Documentation: Document AI models, algorithms, and processes, and provide regular reports on project progress and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Python, Generative AI, and Azure OpenAI.

· Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).

· Extensive experience with Generative AI techniques (GANs, VAEs, etc.).

· Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and model deployment.

· Experience with Azure OpenAI services and Large Language Models (LLMs).

· Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.

· Experience with databases such as SQL, MongoDB, NoSQL, and vector databases.

· Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Soft Skills:
