Role Description The Air Export Pricing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves preparing competitive and accurate air export freight quotations, analyzing airline rates, surcharges, and market trends, and ensuring timely responses to pricing requests from internal teams and customers. The team member will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and customer service to understand shipment requirements, optimize routing, and maintain margins while meeting service expectations.

Daily activities include updating rate sheets, maintaining pricing databases, coordinating with carriers and agents,



and supporting the development of cost-effective solutions for customers. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, participating in internal training on products and pricing tools, and supporting adherence to company policies and compliance standards related to export operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
- Candidates should possess Export and Freight knowledge, including familiarity with air cargo pricing, airline rate structures, and basic export documentation.
- Candidates should possess the ability to support Training activities, such as sharing pricing best practices and assisting in onboarding team members.
- Candidates should possess strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills to compare rates, calculate margins, and manage pricing data accurately.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple quote requests, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities to design cost-effective and reliable export solutions.
- Prior experience in air freight forwarding, logistics, or export pricing is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
