Role Description This full-time, on-site Aircraft Technician role is based in Delhi, India.

The Aircraft

Technician will perform routine and scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on company aircraft to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day work includes troubleshooting mechanical and structural issues, servicing aircraft systems and powerplants, and documenting all maintenance activities in accordance with aviation regulations and company procedures. The role involves collaborating with engineers, maintenance controllers, and operations teams to minimize aircraft downtime and support on-time performance.

The Aircraft

Technician is expected to follow strict safety protocols,



use appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment, and stay current with technical manuals and maintenance bulletins.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Aircraft Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to perform inspections, servicing, and corrective actions on various aircraft types.
- Knowledge of Aircraft Structures, including airframe components, materials, and structural repair techniques.
- Experience with PowerPlant systems, including engines, auxiliary power units, and related components.
- Understanding of Aircraft Systems such as hydraulics, avionics, electrical, environmental control, and landing gear systems.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in aviation maintenance or aeronautical engineering, and applicable licenses or certifications (e.g., DGCA-approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineer modules) preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical drawings, with robust attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and irregular hours as required by flight operations, and ability to perform physically demanding tasks in hangar and ramp environments.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and regulatory compliance.
