Role Description AI Trainers at NeuroGen AI Academy will design and deliver engaging, hands-on sessions in Applied AI concepts, digital literacy, and related future-skills for school and community learners. In this full-time, on-site role based in Sivakasi, trainers will facilitate classroom instruction, guide project-based learning, and support learners of different ages and backgrounds in understanding and applying AI tools responsibly. Day-to-day activities include preparing lesson plans, creating teaching materials, conducting workshops and bootcamps, evaluating learner progress, and providing feedback to help participants improve.

Applied AI Trainers will collaborate with other educators to refine curricula,



contribute to school Applied AI lab initiatives, and participate in outreach programs that promote technology education in the local community. The role also involves maintaining a secure, inclusive learning environment and staying current with emerging Applied AI and digital trends to keep content relevant.

Qualifications

- Basic or Strong foundation in Applied Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications, with the ability to explain complex ideas in clear, accessible language
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners (students, teachers, or professionals), preferably in classroom or workshop settings.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and encourage participation.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to plan sessions, manage classroom activities, and track learner progress.
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in B.Com, M Com, B.Sc Physics , Maths, Chemistry Education, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in AI, CS, or teaching are an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sivakasi and collaborate with schools, community partners
