Nakama is an AI visibility agency. We help SaaS and software brands show up when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI for recommendations. We publish across YouTube, independent websites, LinkedIn, Medium, and similar platforms. Small team. Fast. The work matters if it actually gets cited.
The role: You will publish and maintain real client content: articles, YouTube metadata, URL tracking, and citation checks. Most of the work sits on one brand. The rest is the same work on other accounts. This is delivery, not project management, and not client-facing.
What you will do
- Publish articles on WordPress and independent sites (title, slug, body, images, embeds, go-live)
- Handle YouTube descriptions, timestamps, captions, and the matching article embed
- Place supporting pieces on LinkedIn, Medium, Quora, Substack, and other platforms as assigned
- Keep the published-URL sheet up to date the same day something goes live
- Fact-check numbers before publishing: pricing, ratings, dates. Do not invent stats
- Capture screenshots when pages show up in AI search
- Flag missing, overdue, or contradictory content early
Who we are looking for
- You write clearly in English, and you ship. Live published links beat Google Docs. No degree required
- You are comfortable in WordPress, or can learn it in a week
- You are organised: sheets, URLs, versions, what went live today
- You can work 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday, without being chased
- Curiosity about how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews pick sources. You do not need to be an SEO expert

- Stipend: ₹5,000–₹7,000 per month, revisable based on performance
- Duration: 3 months
- Probation: 14 days
- Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday
- Location: fully remote
- Leave: 2 paid days per month
- Reporting to: Yash and Snehil, co-founders
- Strong performers will be considered for a full time role
