Job Title: AI/ML Engineer & Quality Engineering

Experience: 5–10 Years

Domain: Open to all (Payments/FinTech experience is a plus)

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-world applications such as fraud detection, risk scoring, and customer analytics.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, performing preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
- Fine-tune and implement open-source LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, Falcon, ViT) for NLP and vision-based tasks.
- Build and maintain GenAI solutions including chatbots, RAG-based frameworks, and agentic systems.
- Apply MLOps practices using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, and Comet for model lifecycle management.
- Ensure quality engineering through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of ML models in production.
- Evaluate model performance using metrics such as Precision, Recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML solutions with business goals and ensure robust delivery pipelines.




- Monitor model drift, retraining needs, and maintain feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Robust programming skills in Python (mandatory), with working knowledge of R and Java.
- Experience with data processing tools like SQL, Spark, and Hadoop.
- Hands-on with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
- Skilled in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in prompt engineering and optimization for GenAI applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in the payments or financial domain (UPI, credit card data).
- Experience working with fraud detection, customer segmentation, or risk scoring models.
- Experience with model monitoring, feedback loops, and model retraining pipelines.
