About The Role

We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Engineer with 1-3 year of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, along with hands-on knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, train, test, and evaluate ML and Deep Learning models.
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
- Develop NLP solutions for text classification, sentiment analysis, NER, text similarity, summarization, and semantic search.
- Work on Computer Vision tasks including image classification, object detection, image preprocessing, and segmentation.
- Experiment with and optimize different ML/DL models based on project requirements.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve model accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into applications.
- Research and stay updated with emerging AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.

Requirements





- Strong fundamentals in Python programming with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts, including model training and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with NLP and Computer Vision.
- Familiarity with Scikit-learn for implementing and evaluating machine learning models.
- Working knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Basic understanding of OpenCV and its application in Computer Vision tasks.
- Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face.
- Basic understanding of Transformers, BERT, and transformer-based models.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI will be considered an added advantage.
