AI/ML Engineer (Senior Consultant) Summary

Experience: 6-9 years of relevant hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions and platforms.

- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 junior data engineers and AI/ML engineers on multiple end-to-end projects.

- Client Engagement: Liaison with on-site and client teams to understand business problems, gather requirements, and present technical solutions.

- Model Lifecycle Management: Build and automate machine learning pipelines for training, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production environments (MLOps).

- Algorithm Development: Utilize mathematics/statistics, AI, and cognitive techniques (e.g., classification, regression, time series analysis, deep learning) to analyze data, predict scenarios, and prescribe actions.

- Technical Architecture: Prepare technical architecture and designs, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and highly available.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed deliverable reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce technical design standards.





Required Technical Skills:

- Programming Languages: Robust proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.

- AI/ML Frameworks: Expertise with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Numpy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

- Cloud Platforms: Proven experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model training and deployment.

- MLOps & DevOps Tools: Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.

- Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or other large-scale data ecosystems.

- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization libraries or tools like Tableau or PowerBI.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).

- Experience with Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and related frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Vector databases) is highly desirable.

- AI/Cloud certifications are a plus.
