Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to drive our AI strategy and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading AI projects, building strong relationships with C-level executives, and delivering creative AI solutions that generate significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of AI, GenAI, ML, NLP, and Computer Vision solutions for both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, fostering investments in AI technologies.
- Drive data-driven decision-making processes to enhance business outcomes.
- Oversee the development of custom AI solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of various sectors.
- Ensure the successful resolution of complex technical challenges, maximizing returns on technology investments.
- Spearhead innovation, data monetization, and the development of business strategies and market approaches.

- 15+ years of experience in AI and related fields, with significant contributions to leading corporations
- Expertise in AI, GenAI, ML, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making and custom solution development.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of resolving complex technical challenges.

3. How much large teams they are directly managing across AIML projects (20+ number is must)
4. If they are already Practice Head or AIML CoE head, what's their top 3 KRAs? Revenue 5 MN+, Thought Leadership and margin / differentiated solutions are kind of answers we are expecting here.
5. Do they get involved in customer presentations, solution defense, RFP response or proposal and effort estimation? (expected answer partial to full involvement).
