We are seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Graphic Designer who can leverage the latest AI-powered design tools to create high-quality, visually engaging, and consistent graphics for the Organisation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals along with hands-on knowledge of AI-based design and image-generation tools. This role focuses on using existing AI tools available in the market to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of the Organisation’s creative workflow.

The candidate should understand that AI Graphic Designing is not simply about generating images — it is about using AI strategically to create professional designs, maintain brand consistency, develop creative concepts, and streamline the overall design process.

Responsibilities

1.Understand Design Requirements

Work with creative department to understand their creative requirements, objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.

2.Create AI-Powered Designs

Use advanced AI graphic design and image-generation tools to create social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, advertisements, promotional materials, presentations, and other visual assets.

3.Develop AI Design Workflows

Create efficient workflows using the best available AI design tools to reduce manual effort, improve turnaround time, and increase creative productivity.

4.Prompt Engineering for Visuals

Develop effective prompts and creative instructions for AI image-generation tools to achieve specific styles, compositions, concepts, and visual requirements.

5.Editing & Enhancement





Use AI and traditional graphic design tools to edit, enhance, retouch, resize, and refine AI-generated visuals to ensure professional-quality output.

6.Maintain Brand Consistency

Ensure that all AI-generated and designed content follows the Organisation’s branding, visual identity, typography, layouts, and overall creative standards.

7.Quality Control & Optimization**

Review AI-generated designs for visual quality, accuracy, consistency, and relevance before final delivery. Continuously improve workflows based on feedback and performance.

Qualification Criteria

- AI Graphic Designing / AI Design course from a reputed institute is Desirable
- Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals
- Knowledge of AI-powered graphic design and image-generation tools
- Experience of 0–2years
