About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in JP Nagar, Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in Python, machine learning, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications, along with a willingness to work on real-world AI products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Build applications using LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning models.
- Work with APIs and frameworks to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
- Develop and maintain Python-based AI services and applications.
- Experiment with different models, prompts, embeddings, and AI techniques.
- Work with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy, reliability, and response quality.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI engineering.

Required Skills





- 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML or AI Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face, or similar AI models/APIs.
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering and RAG.
- Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party AI services.
- Familiarity with databases and vector databases.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or other vector databases.
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of AI agents and tool-calling workflows.
- Experience deploying AI applications in production.
