Lorvenk Technologies is looking for an experienced AI Engineer who can design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI agents and intelligent automation solutions for real-world business problems.

We’re looking for someone who can go beyond building AI demos — someone who can understand a business process, identify what can be automated, architect the solution, build the AI agent/workflow, integrate it with existing systems, and take it through to production.

? What You’ll Work On

Build AI Agents capable of reasoning, decision-making and executing tasks

Develop end-to-end AI-powered automation workflows for business processes

Identify repetitive, manual and rule-based processes that can be intelligently automated

Build agentic workflows that can interact with APIs, databases, applications and enterprise systems

Integrate LLMs with existing business applications and automation platforms

Develop solutions for areas such as customer support, operations, document processing, data extraction, reporting, workflow management, research, and internal business processes

Design multi-step workflows involving LLMs, tools, APIs, memory, RAG and business logic

Build reliable, scalable and production-ready AI solutions

Evaluate agent performance, accuracy, latency and reliability

Work closely with business and engineering teams to convert problem statements into working AI solutions

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 2–5 years of hands-on software/AI engineering experience

✅ Solid Python development experience

✅ Practical experience building AI/LLM-based applications

✅ Ability to independently convert a business problem → AI solution → working automation → production deployment

✅ Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and backend systems

✅ Good problem-solving and system-design skills

✅ Ability to work with rapidly evolving AI technologies

✅ Candidates who have actually built and deployed AI agents/automation projects will be preferred
