About the Role

We are looking for an Agri Drone Pilot to operate agricultural drones for crop spraying and other field operations. The role involves safe and productive drone operations, coordination with farmers and field teams, basic drone maintenance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in agricultural fields, travelling to different locations and operating technology in a practical field environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate agricultural drones safely and efficiently for pesticide, fertilizer and other agricultural applications.

Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks of the drone, batteries, motors, pumps and spraying system.

Follow prescribed spray plans, application rates, safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Coordinate with farmers, field staff and customers during spraying operations.

Monitor drone performance, battery usage, spray coverage and field conditions.

Maintain daily records of flight operations, acreage covered, chemicals used and field activities.





Handle basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of agricultural drones and accessories.

Follow applicable DGCA and company safety guidelines during drone operations.

Travel to farms and project locations as required.

Qualifications

12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in Agriculture, Agriculture Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, IT or a related field.

Valid DGCA-approved Drone Pilot / Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) will be preferred.

Previous experience operating agricultural drones will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of agriculture, crop protection and pesticide application is preferred.

Basic understanding of smartphones, GPS/navigation and drone applications.

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with farmers and field teams.

Willingness to travel and work outdoors in agricultural fields.

Freshers with relevant drone training and a strong interest in agricultural technology may also apply.
