Role Description This is a full time, on-site Agronomist role located in Dasada. The Agronomist will conduct field visits to monitor crop performance, soil health, and pest or disease pressure, providing recommendations on fertilizers, irrigation, and crop protection. The role involves designing and implementing field trials, collecting and analyzing agronomic data, and preparing reports and guidelines for growers and internal stakeholders.

The Agronomist will support farmers with best practices in planting, harvesting, and post-harvest handling,



and deliver training sessions or demonstrations as needed. Collaboration with sales, operations, and supply teams is expected to help align agronomic recommendations with business goals while maintaining sustainable practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in agronomy, crop science, soil science, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience with field scouting, crop monitoring, and practical farm advisory work.
- Ability to design and evaluate field trials, collect data, and interpret agronomic results.
- Knowledge of fertilizers, crop protection products, irrigation methods, and sustainable farming techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
- Competence in using basic digital tools for data recording, reporting, and communication.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with farmers and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work predominantly in the field and travel within the Dasada region as needed.
