- Lead end-to-end commercial kitchen design delivery (technical + C&I;).
- Drive Pan-India design business growth and project conversion.
- Manage and mentor the kitchen design team.
- Set up QA/QC, design governance, and approval processes.
- Act as client-facing expert in meetings and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, fire, HVAC, and safety norms.
- Oversee projects from concept to handover.
- Handle billing, scope changes, and client expectations.
- Approve final designs, ensuring safety and quality.
