Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and build autonomous AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, memory management, and multi-step task execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLM-based architectures, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and scalable backend engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Agentic AI systems using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build autonomous workflows involving planning, reasoning, memory, and tool orchestration
- Develop multi-agent systems and AI copilots for enterprise use cases.
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and external tools.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search systems.
- Optimize prompts, context handling, latency, and inference costs.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for AI quality, safety, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Ensure scalability, observability, and production readiness of AI platforms.
- Stay updated with advancements in GenAI, Agentic AI, and open-source AI ecosystems.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of software engineering experience with robust backend/system design expertise.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM application development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java.
- Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
- Expertise in AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel,



or similar.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with vector DBs such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or Milvus.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and guardrails.
- Experience building APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Understanding of AI observability, monitoring, and governance.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with multi-agent collaboration systems.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations.
- Experience fine-tuning or serving open-source LLMs.
- Familiarity with Neo4j/knowledge graphs and graph-based reasoning.
- Exposure to AI security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
