Role Description The Generative AI & Agentic AI Trainer is a part time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on generative AI and agentic AI concepts, tools, and real-world applications for students and professionals. Daily responsibilities include preparing curriculum and learning materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions and workshops, guiding learners through hands-on projects, and evaluating assignments to track progress.

The role also involves staying current with emerging AI frameworks and industry trends,



contributing to the enhancement of NareshIT’s eLearning content, and coordinating with academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with career goals.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of core AI and machine learning concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP) and their practical applications.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies (such as large language models, diffusion models, prompt engineering, and model evaluation techniques).
- Experience with agentic AI and AI agents (e.g., workflow orchestration, tool-using agents, multi-agent systems, and automation frameworks).
- Proficiency in relevant programming and data tools (for example, Python, ML libraries, APIs, and basic data preprocessing or visualization).
- Demonstrated ability to design curricula, create structured lesson plans, and develop clear instructional materials for technical subjects.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an accessible and inclusive manner.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in technology or AI-related domains is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage part-time teaching schedules, and collaborate with academic and placement teams.
