Job Description
Mahadevi & Co is looking for motivated PLC Programmers / Automation Engineers to join our team.
The selected candidate will work on industrial automation projects involving PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, motion control, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer-site support.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in industrial automation systems and work with multiple automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and modify PLC programs for industrial automation applications.
Work with PLC systems from Phoenix Contact, Yaskawa, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Schneider, and other platforms.
Assist with HMI and SCADA development.
Support machine commissioning and troubleshooting.
Perform testing and debugging of automation systems.
Work with servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and industrial communication systems.
Provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
Travel to customer sites when required.
Coordinate with the engineering team to deliver automation projects.




Qualifications
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in:
Electrical Engineering
Electronics & Communication Engineering
Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
Mechatronics
Automation Engineering
Or another relevant qualification
Required Skills
Basic understanding of PLC programming.
Knowledge of industrial automation concepts.
Understanding of electrical control systems.
Basic knowledge of HMI/SCADA is preferred.
Willingness to learn multiple PLC platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
