Role Description This is a full-time, in office Visa Counsellor role based in Bardoli. The Visa Counsellor will guide clients through the complete visa application process, including eligibility assessment, documentation support, and application submission for study and immigration purposes.



Responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations, explaining country-specific visa requirements, preparing and reviewing client files, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, tracking application status, and communicating proactively with clients to address questions and concerns. The Visa Counsellor will also participate in client outreach activities, maintain accurate records in company systems, and uphold the organization’s standards of transparency and ethical service.
Qualifications
Strong client service and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex visa and immigration requirements clearly and professionally.
Ability to conduct thorough document checks, maintain organized records, and manage multiple client files with attention to detail.
