Vinc is building the tools that let anyone make films with AI. You'll own how the world hears about it.

This is not a role where you manage an agency and approve decks. You will write, shoot, edit, publish, and be accountable for the numbers.

In-person in Hyderabad. Housing and all meals provided.

What you'll own
- Vinc's entire marketing function: brand, content, social, community, growth, launches
- A content engine that ships every single day across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord
- Paid acquisition: build, test, and scale on Meta, Google, and X, and know your CAC cold
- Product launches from positioning through to post-mortem
- Creator and community programs: ambassadors, contests, showcases, filmmaker partnerships
- Lifecycle: email, onboarding, retention, reactivation
- The dashboard the whole company looks at: traffic, signups, activation, revenue attribution
- Hiring and coaching the marketing interns under you

DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING

What we're looking for
- 2-5 years in marketing at a startup, agency,



or consumer product or a track record that speaks louder than a resume
- You are a genuinely solid writer. Everything downstream depends on this
- You've run paid campaigns with your own budget and can talk honestly about what failed
- Fluent with analytics: GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, attribution, cohorts, funnels
- You can produce video or direct it and edit it yourself when there's no one else
- Real fluency with AI tools; you use them daily to do the work of a bigger team
- Comfortable being the only marketer in the room and deciding without a committee
- Bonus: creator tools, media, entertainment, or developer-adjacent product experience

The honest part
We move at a pace most companies don't. Long hours, SEVEN days a week, everyone in the office. Priorities change when the market changes. You'll be stretched past what you've done before, on purpose. In exchange, you get scope you would wait a decade for elsewhere.
